All Smiles...

T minus 3.5 weeks till D-Day (Delivery Day).

How do you think we are feeling right about now? Feel free to let us know .

Grant's Greatest Fan

GRAAAAAANT!

Grant will probably know Tricia's voice better than his Mom's. Tricia talks to him and loves him all the time.

What's Tricia saying? I think a comparison is being made.

Kim's Pregnant Pals

Sister-in-Law Kyndol is carrying Grant's cousin Cooper, due in early December 2005.

Close friend Taryn is carrying Grant's future prom date and wife (?), Adeline. Adeline is due December 18th but Kim is hoping for her to arrive on her birthday the 16th. They both will be loved by their Grandma Gayle/Gale.

Are we Clean Yet?...More Showers Given

This shower was given by our "camping buddies" Karen and Bernice. We are so blessed to have such great friends.

This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I obviously suck more than Heidi. I won the "drink the unsweetened cranberry (yuck!) juice from the bottle" contest. This was just one of the many fun games we played at this couple's shower.

Kim was given a suprise shower by her Bunco Buddies.

"Bunco Babes" Cyndi and Joette...thanks for the wonderful surprise!

Showered with Love...Baby

This b-e-a-utiful shower was given by excited Aunt Heidi and Grandma (Gayle). For those of you at our wedding, Heidi's been asking for this for a long time.

Our New Baby...Meets the Family

By new baby, you thought we meant....

Here we are on our way to the family reunion in Morro Bay with our new baby in tow! Yep we had to buy a new trailer for Grant so he can go to the dunes in style.

In camp at the Morro Bay State Campground...and Kim actually thought she'd miss sleeping in the truck bed. All it took was her own toilet and shower...and something new to decorate. Are we trailer trash or what?

Clothes with Experience

Prior to baby showers and gifts, we received over 6 loads of laundry worth of adorable hand-me-downs from friends. For those of you who have done baby laundry, that's the equivalent of what feels like 24 loads of grown-up clothes. Whew!

For someone who can't even walk yet, Grant sure has plenty of shoes. These too were hand-me-downs. After showers and gifts, he has a total of 20 shoes/booties and 35 pairs of socks...more than Mom and Dad combined. Excuse me Grant, may I borrow a pair of lime-green Gymboree lace-ups? We just pray that he isn't born with size 14 feet like Dad. From the looks of the imprint on Kim's tummy, we're a bit nervous!
