Take Off Running

Have you heard that saying..."He is going to take off running"? Well...children like Grant are the origination of that phrase. He took his first steps several weeks ago for Grammie. Kim just saw him take his first steps and he was in an all out sprint. Three long strides till crash down.

The Holiday - "Labor" Day Scares My Mom...

I made my mom labor hard on Labor Day cleaning up my face, ears, hair, nasal cavity, etc. from the potatoes daddy gave me. I ate them all by myself!

Does Visine get potatoes out?

Just chillin' with my ladies...Alexis and Shelby.

My Buddy Adeline

I went to visit my buddy - Addy in San Diego. She let me ride her cool princess bike. Ironically...I had my motorcycle shirt on already. I think she was impressed!

Moms...can you say "Zoloft." Look at our Moms...we are screaming and they still compose a smile. That is the wonder pill!

I love hiking with you Addy!

A Pleasant Hawaiian Holiday...

Our active, sweet son enjoyed his first flight. He was entertaining passengers behind us with his rolling laughter.

"I am so glad I am here...!"

Grant LOVED the ocean. He was fearless!

Cody Kai and Jenni (our local Hawaiian buddies) spent the day with us. We loved having Cody teach Grant how to eat sand. Yum!

Our favorite Thai restaurant is on Oahu...So Toby and Jenni joined us for a Thai feast!

We just had to show off these cheeks! Grant is waking Grandude up..."No sleeping on vacation!"

A very happy family!

We attended Lisa and Josh's wedding on Kauai. They had a beautiful oceanfront home for the wedding ceremony and reception. It was spectacular!

Mom's favorite dudes!

Good Times With Ashlyn Kimberly Davies

Grant has a hard time realizing that cousin Ashlyn is only 6 weeks old and is not able to play with him. She was born on July 3rd...and we are so excited!

We spent the day shopping...and Grant found the water fountain to be so much more fun!

A Day to Celebrate With Ariya...

On a hot July day...cousin Ariya and Grant celebrated Auntie Steph's graduation from the police academy. They were both so proud of her!

Mountains in our Backyard...

We found that Grant loves his time in the hiking backpack.

We Know...We Know...We are way behind in our blog...4th of July - Finally!

Shelby and Grant celebrated their first 4th of July with an innocent game of footsies...or should we worry?

Grant was so excited to see the fireworks that night that he could hardly stand it...

Thankfully this photo did not involve any natural gas!
